Exhaust Groans/Vibration any Horror Stories? - Diesel Forum

My 08 F250 Lariat CC 4x4 SWB went to 2 dealers for service to try and diagnose a Groaning/Vibration that appears when the truck shifts into 5th gear/OD and the motor is turning 1500 rpm's. This started 3 weeks and 500 miles ago. The truck is almost 4 months old with 4400 miles. Both dealers came back with "there are no TSB's on this" and 1 said it was and exhaust groan and said that is normal and didn't offer a fix.
What are ya'lls experiences with exhaust groans and what may some of you suggest? I had a couple of opinions on this under a different topic line so I thought of starting a topic on Exhaust Groans exclusively. Thanks for any help, this is driving me nuts! Wonder what kinda trade I could get for this with $4.00 deisel on the horizon?
