Extremely dissapointed at Texas Fair!

Maybe I was the only one dissappointed by the fact that Ford would not open a hood on a single Superduty that had an actual 6.4 in it? Sure Powerstroke had a mock up but I really would have loved to have been able to see where we can add our little extras BUT, at least they were there, the Dodge boys will have their new motor and truck in Sunday, I went Saturday!

Yea, I know.

Believe me, I was there at 10AM.

We talked to serveral KTP Reps and had them calling back to KTP asking questions. But the Boss wouldn't do it.

I guess it must have been like kindergarten show and tell. My daddy gave me this truck, but you can't see under the hood.

Re: Extremely dissapointed at Texas Fair!

Watched the video. That motor looks tight. They even moved the degas bottle up close to the drivers side fender, it looked like.
I also noticed that they are finally offering the power telescoping mirrors that they tried to have ready back with the Y2K models. That would be a nice option to have.

Re: Extremely dissapointed at Texas Fair!

Those two trucks had the 6.4 in them, I just got back and You can tell from the exhaust, those were not 6L's in there. Also if you look into the wheel wells, it was all different.

The truck to see was the super cheif inside, it had 32"s and the HLA, I got some good pictures of the accumulators.
