F450 transmission problems

I posted earlier about my 2008 F450 not going in reverse. Not only was the transmission not going into reverse, but it also would not shift out of first gear. I took it into the dealer yesterday and they were not able to find anything mechanically wrong so they concluded it must be electronic related. They reflashed the ECM with updated software and said it fixed the issue. When I went to drive it home, it did not fix it. The transmission shifts now but it will not shift to the next gear until it revs all the way up to max RPM even under light acceleration. Needless to say it is back at the dealer.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any Ford techs out there that might have some ideas because my dealer is scratching their heads.
