6.4L Power Stroke Engine and Drivetrain Discussion of the 6.4L Power Stroke diesel engine and drivetrain in the 2008 Super-Duty trucks. No gas engine discussion allowed except on transmissions and drivetrain that pertain to all models. Please confine discussion of topics in this forum to those items that are specific to the 6.4L Power Stroke engine.

Flames coming out of the exhaust?

I just heard that there was a 08 that went into my dads dealer that was shooting out a flame from the exhaust. It came from a stuck injector and just let the fuel pour in. My dad said it sounded like a machine gun going off. aAnybody else heard of this yet?

and my dads was doing this and went to a dealer around naperville maybe his depending on when cause it was a few weeks ago.

I would say censorship, but this isn't really a place where "the right to free speech" applies anyway. This forum is after all, a private enterprise where the owners have a say in the content displayed.

It's kind of like you hosting a house party. You as the host get to say what the guests are permitted to do. If a guest does something he is not permitted to do, you toss him from the party.

In this case our gracious host has dictated no posting links to that video....
