Frame Mounted Fuel Filter

When I had my oil changed at the dealership a few thousand miles ago, I also had them replace both of my fuel filters. When I went to check/drain the frame mounted filter yesterday, I only got a few drips out before it stopped. Prior to having the filter replaced, the fuel would pour out easily. The truck runs fine with over 16,000 miles. Any ideas on what would be causing the filter not to drain?

I just bought a used 2008 F350 with the 6.4. I drained the water out, along with the water came some dirt/sand. Maybe that is your problem. You might have some dirt in the drain.
