fuel issue
On my 2008 f250 I have a aftermarket fuel pump with 3/4 stainless lines and We just replaced one injector. The truck ran fine for several months until we were driving down the road the other day and the truck started running rough. So I feathered the throttle (there was no extra smoke) and baby'd it home. The next morning the truck started fine and drove down the road fine for about 10 minutes does this sound like a fuel quality issue. I fill up at cheveron and have never had problems.
My local dealership said the high pressure pump is showing pressure fluctuating too much and they told me bad fuel can do this. Does this sound right? Does the 700 bucks for them to flush the fuel system and put new diesel in sound right? Let me know what you all think. I'm wondering since no check engine light or codes were thrown.
