Well the Dodge boys already have their prices on the new 6.7 Cummins, it only went up $800 or so, so all the rumors of huge increases were wrong. So I think it will go up the usual price from year to year. No big jump.

Very interesting, got word from a buddy of mine that is a GM rep and he stated that the Duramax is going up $3,400.00

My guess would be that if Ford has an increase of anything near $3400 like Gm than lots of Dodges are going to be sold. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif[/img]
isnt it true that the cummins went a couple years without an egr...so if it turns out the cummins will be alot cheaper it would appear that the I6 is very emmission friendly
It isnt usuall for the cummins to go up $800 every year or so. So is that the price increase for the base truck or for just the engine option?

My guess would be that it's going to be in the same ball park as the Duramax, but like I've said from day one, anything can change. I see Ford offering an "Intro" price and then raising the price at Job 2.

So what will the sticker be a 2007 stickers at 50,000+ I know most don't pay that but that is the sticker what will these sticker at and will they be available in YELLOW. I am deciding on whether to buy a 06 Amarillo or wait for the 6.4 2008 I really want yellow. What should I do I do not want to spend much more then 50,000.

[/ QUOTE ]The Amarillo was dropped in Oct of 05 (in favor of the return of the HD), isn't available in the 07 and from the option list it doesn't appear to be available in 08 either. So if you want Screaming Yellow you better jump on that 06. Ford also dropped that color from the 07 Mustangs as well. As for the price, get yourself an X-plan PIN and with the rebates you should be well under $50K (mine stickered at $52K by the way).

Where do you see that?
The only references to the 6.7 on the Dodge website are to the chassis/cab, not the pickup. The chassis/cab 6.7 is not the same one that will be available on the pickup.
The cost of the particulate filter alone has been reported to be $600-$800.
