Okay, the press kit has been released. Today starts the show at the Texas State Fair. I am looking at the numbers released in the press kit. 33,000 GCWR for the F-450 with the 4:88's. Dang, maybe I will be able to buy a pickup off the lot to tow our Teton. Will the '08 F-450 essentially be the 550 of last year? Same axles and brakes? I just would much rather buy a factory built pickup than go thru the hassle of buying a cab chassis than have to have an upfitter do more work on it to bring it up to what I want. Now I just have to take a tape measure to the dealer in January and make sure I will have clearance between the bed rails and the fiver. Tick-Tock, the wait is killing me. Come on St. Nick, deliver my toy!
