Intermittent hesitation

This weekend I drove from Northern VA to Central VA and back, ~250 miles each way with some stop and go along the way. On the way back north, I noticed an increase in hesitation in the power when climbing thought the gears from a light. It was particularly noticeable in 3 and 4 …

I put 2,500 miles on the truck in the beginning of July and another 1,000 mile at the end of June. This included pulling my 5er for a total of about half that. During these two trips, I did noticed the hesitation briefly, only while unloaded. No issues towing, full power up many grades.

The Regen’s were happening after a fill up and again at about the 3/8 of a tank point.

I have the 08B07B flash. The currently truck has 27K miles on the clock…

I have about 10K miles on the fuel filters since they were changed last year. I need an oil change and I was going to change fuel filters when I do that.

Ideas? Anybody have fuel filter problems? Anybody have fuel pump issues? The reason I ask is the fuel pump seams to be noisy when regens’ are running.

My concern is having it let me down in the middle of no where…

Thanks,
Tom

If I were to guess because mine does the same thing after about a 250 mile drive - is adaptive learning. It has learned that it is being driven steady and then after that and back to the "normal" driving it runs like crap and slow until it adaptively learns again.

Maybe someone else has a better or different answer.
