Well.... they had two of them on display..... one of them was totally unapproachable.... the other one you were able to walk all around.... but it was closed up. I did see that there are a bunch of sensors on the exhaust system.
In the aftermarket section there as the blue and silver fabtech '08.... and the guy let me climb all around that! It was pretty neat with a whole bunch of custom parts on it......

I am pretty sure it was a diesel...... I didn't bother to check.... and I say that I think it was because the exhausts looked the same on the blue and silver one as the other diesel I saw.... and yes.... it had a exhaust! about the most simple exhaust you can put on..... just mandrel bent tubing to the rear.... but it will probably be the only performance modification I do to my new truck!

So was it installed just behind the particulate trap probably? One of the easiest things to do will be to take the resonator out of the exhuast. The one slide show showed they have it instead of the full blown muffler right in front of the rear axle.

Is it just me, or do the mirrors look awful having the two-tone, white paint & (apparently) black plastic in the auto-show picture? I really like the current look on the King Ranch trucks with the body-colour mirrors, not the two-tone look like it shows on the LA Show link above.
