Leaking radiator TSB

I just got my radiator for my 08 replaced again (4th one!) For those who take their truck in for a leaking rad make sure the dealer knows ford has a tsb for adding a venturi ??? The radiator must not be changed without the added venturi.

Sorry to be dumb, but what the heck is that?? I just found that my second radiator is leaking now and have an appointment for monday. I want to know what this venturi is so I don't look like an idiot at the dealership. Thanks!!

There is no official TSB yet. All it is is a T fitting and a rubber plug. The plug goes over the top nipple on the degas bottle, the T fitting is spliced into the hose that goes from the lower degas bottle nipple to the vertical EGR cooler, with the other part of the T going to the radiator. It's supposed to equalize cooling system pressure.
