Man, your going to have to include more info here! What mileage are you getting, maybe it is normal for the truck you drive. What kind of issues have you had, etc... It could be difficult for people to help you with such limited info.

midnight36, you are already at a disadvantage because you have a truck meeting the new epa requirements. The ends Ford and International have had to go to, to meet these requirements is really hurting the mpg on these trucks. The best advice I can give you, without doing any potential warranty voiding modifications, is to stay on top of the recommended maintenance, keep a light foot, check to see if a reflash is available for your truck (note: some report improved mpg with a reflash, some report a decrease), and maybe look into the larger air dam if you have a Job 1.

Poor design, poor execution and the EPA.
I get 11 in Suburban driving and 14 on the highway at exactly 70mph.

Only option that matters is the-break-me-at-the-bank 6.4 ltr that get 40% less fuel economy than a 7.3 ltr 43 days in the shop in 24 months...worst vehicle I have ever owned, period. Lemon Lawed and GONE, was the Best day of ownership. Official truck ofOPEC (they thank you for not caring about 11mpg).
DESTROYED 2003 F-250 Crew Cab Lariat, 6.0 Diesel, 5 spd auto, 4X2, Sonic Blue, Parchment Leather, 6 disc cd changer/radio, back-up sensors, camper package, trailer towing package, heated trailer towing mirrors with integrated turn signals.

Don't do 70. I don't know about Florida, but in California, the speed limit on a lot of the major highways is 65. If you can drop your speed to between 55 and 62, you'll get 15+ guaranteed.
Thanks for the tip, I have also observed a major mpg improvement by keeping a light foot on the throttle.

I have a 2008 F-350 job 3 SWR shortbed with 4 inch lift and 20's and also a Edge Juice/w Attitude and I get a whopping 10.2 to 10.5 MPG. This is killing me. I'm going to try a Airaid cold intake next but I know the 20's are taking some mpg's also.
I had a 2003 F-350 7.3 DRW longbed and that got 13 mpg on stock wheels. I miss the 7.3
I just turned 15k last week . I don't drive my truck every day because of poor mileage so i drive my 02 7.3. I drove my 08 last week for the first time in months and i have tried it the past to drive easy for a tank didn't work 360 out of a tank. then i drove a tank like I stole it no difference at all. This last tank i drove it somewhat easy but never went over 70 mph seemed to work got 462 out of the tank. So with that i went down and bought the cetane booster and put it in to see if that helps from reading things off this site and others people say it makes a difference so we will see filled up yesterday and at this point it shows 168 miles and i have 3/4 tank still so I am hoping something works. I get 6 mpg when i pull my 36ft with the race car hand calculated so going on long trips breaks the bank with this truck but i do love everything else about it .
I have less than 8k on my job 2 '09... averaging ~12 around town, ~14 on the highway (at 62 on long flat roads) and ~9 hauling my 17k+ 5er (same kinda roads)... no complaints from me as I knew what I was getting... (all of the above hand calculated... lie-o-meter shows plus or minus about 1mpg from what I stated). I am an old man and drive like one
