It looks like Ford is right in that arguement. Navistar refuses to pay some warranty costs for the 6.0 diesel. Haha, that's because those costs would probably bankrupt Navistar.
I can't wait to see the day Ford builds their own diesel. I think they could do a great job (just look at the Ford trans and the truck as a whole) and the Navistar built diesel is nothing wonderful anyway.

Man this is bummer. Don't you know how inspired Navistar is going to be to produce the engines if they are ordered to do so by a Judge, when they in fact do not want to do it. This will trickle down to the line employees who will also be pissed. Better check the torque on the headbolts.............
