New '08, old stock...reflashed?

I had a quick question for you guys.

I just bought (2/11/2008) a new '08 F250 with the 6.4L. It is a job#1 built in June 2007. Do dealers generally upgrade new trucks to the most recent flash before delivering a new 6.4L or will they wait until it comes back for maintenance/warranty the first time?

Is there a way to tell on the truck that it was reflashed or not?

I was just curious, it runs great either way!

I'm not getting too excited yet, but I hand-calculated 14MPG (the computer said 11) on the first tank. The computer now reads 15 MPG and seem to be on par with 14MPG again. Through this forum, I know it will get better and can't wait to see what it gets when eventually broken-in. I have not noticed anything near a regen. yet, but only 380 miles on the truck so far.
