New Job 2 450 Worth?

So the local dealer has a KR 450 loaded on their lot, new. Sticker is 60,960 and has the KR package, navigation, and so on. It does have the 4.88 rear which I don't prefer. I currently have a 05 550 with the 4.88 rear 6.0 and am used to high revving. Currently I get 10mpg empty and 7 pulling a 12k camper. I guess this new one with the 6.4 couldn't be any worse? So question is What's this thing worth. I checked on it a month ago and they came back before any dealing with a 46k price. I left after finding out it had the 4.88 but now that's it's still not sold I'm interested in that I might get a great deal Could I do 36k or is that too low. BTW I need a 450 or higher because I do on occasion pull much heavier loads than the camper at 12k. Also I guess if I could get a deal, I could put in a gear vendor with the money saved. Any opinions appreciated.

wolfe ford or wolfe ford-doge, whichever way they may be listed, has advertised 20K OFF a KR F450. They are in Vernon, Texas (50 NW of Wchita Falls).

A few months back, I located and purchased my new F-550 Regency conversion out side of New Orleans. It stickered at $71,900 and I gave around $41,600 for it. Dealer had it on the lot for over a year and said it had to go.
Photos can be view on my webshot page.

I wouldn't go with a gear vendors, I heard the 4.88 is breaking them.

First MPG won't be any worse I pull a 37 foot trailer weight around 14,000 lbs. I get 9.5 mpg pulling and I have 4.88's in it,but do not do much better not towing usally 11-12 mpg.As for the price you should be able to do better than 46k.take a look at truckpaper.com and see what there going for there.

It's a job2 so has been sitting a long long time, likely due to the 4.88s. I'd offer 40k out the door, maybe go to $42k out the door if you really want it. If they don't bite, plenty of other dealers will.
