reflash or not

My truck is a job 1, 14000 miles, been getting 15 or so mpg, last couple weeks milage has gone down to 10, now today, truck started regen and would not idle down, even after letting out clutch? after another 50 miles truck went back to normal, truck has never been in shop, My question is does Ford have a new flash for my truck, and should I change it? If so does anybody know the code. thanx, James,

i would bring it in mine did the same thing plus all mthe smoke and stumbling i did it 2000 miles ago and it doesn't smoke or hardly go in to regen over 1000 rpm now
