Test drove a new 08 SD today
I had my chance behind the wheel of a new SD today and I still have mahogany. It was a 250 as opposed to a 350, (which I want) so there wasn't buying interest there. It had every option one could ask for including a sunroof. $52K worth [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img] I'll say this though, it drives like a dream and the power is on point! The power comes on really smooth, but stout and I'm sure would be noticed more if attached to a load. I can't get over the quietness w/in the cab area.The inside is laid out very well. I took my secret weapon, (my wife) with me to make sure I didn't do anything irrational. Ford has done their homework on this new truck and if I find out if in fact International has done theirs as well I'll commit to an 09.
