Turbo rattle?

New noise just started today. Sounds like a rattle coming from behind the dash at high rpm and turbo boost. Truck runs great, boost levels look OK, sound present but not as pronounced at high rpm in neutral, or going down the road in low gear, high rpm, and low boost. Noise seems to come in at 2500 rpm and get louder the higher I rev it. Any Ideas? I plan to pull the truck hard Sunday, can't get in for service until Tuesday- they're sending me home in a Focus

Push harder for a truck. No questions asked when I told them about the grit on my transmission fluid dipstick. Took my truck in, and gave me a 2008 F150. :-D

Update: not turbo related. I pulled hard with it today, low rpm, high turbo spool, no noise. It has to be high rpm and turbo spool. From the sound of it, it's no big deal. I'll have it looked at, anyway.

Mine makes a noise at lower speeds. I think its the turbo anyway. When I give it fuel and take awayfuel is when it does it. When the motor drops rpm and it is quiet I can hear a noise then it slowly quiets down. I can repeat this by giving it fuel and takeing my foot off the pedal and coasting. This happens Mostly around town when you get the stop and go or block to block driving.. Engine has to be warmed up good.
