very impressed with new 2008 truck and engine

This is by far the finest Ford truck I have owned. I have owned 11 over the last 19 years. I'm still on first tank of fuel so i can't report any MPG's but truck is so smooth and comfortable to ride in. It puts my old 04 to shame in ride quality. The engine makes a lot more power than previous trucks and is very quiet. I actually kind of miss all the diesel noise but I can live without it. I don't know what Ford did but the interior is so quiet out on the road. Very comparable to a luxury car. Very impressed with the way everything works, especially the built-in brake controller. I have not learned what all the buttons do yet; can't find time to read owner's manual, but I'll figure it out. I will report back with MPG as soon as I have a couple of tanks though it. That should not take long. Overall very impressed.

P.S. If anyone has done the fog light mod on the new 2008, please post the directions or send it to me please. I did this on my 2004 so the foglights would stay on wlth the high beams.

Thank you
