What oil and how long?

Hey guys..... what oil are you guys using in your 6.4L's and how long are you going on your oil changes? and if you plan on switching over to a syn oil..... what are you going to switch to and when do you plan on doing it?

My plans are to use Delo 400 every 5K miles then switch to a synthetic at 20K.
