What's up with the forum? I made a post last night about my 08 F350, 6.4 that just died going up a hill. 2 tow trucks and several hours later the DOA Ford and my camper are at the dealership.
After baking in 100 degree Texas heat we rented a car today and drove to Dallas to my Uncle's house. Camper and truck are still at the dealership over 150 miles away. We can't survive dry camping in the heat.
Yet, for some reason my post was deleted. Why?
I guess you can't post bad things about the new 6.4. I've been stuck with all my Ford diesel trucks. This new one has 13K on it. It had 7k when we left on our trip.
Maybe if the forum plastered more ads all over the owners with problems won't have places to post.
I guess I'm a complainer. Okay, I love this truck. It gave me the opportunity to commune with the prairie dogs on the side of the road, it allowed me to work on my suntan. How's that. No wonder there aren't many posts in the 6.4 section, most are deleted. Giving a false impression that the 6.4 is the savior engine.

I have a dead 6.4 Diesel and it's doesn't belong in the 6.4 engine section?
If I had ONE lemon lawed Ford, you damn well better believe I wouldn't buy a second. Sounds fishy to me.
He didn't buy the second or third lemon lawed trucks, when a truck is lemon lawed they will give you another truck of equal value. They won't just hand you a check and say sorry it didn't work out with you, they want to try and keep you in their trucks and not the competitors.
