My local dealer provided me with:
A 'Retailer Education and Training' brochure
with basic info on the 6.4 power stroke.
He also printed out a 18 page guide with
Marketing and Mix recommendations.
(It breaks down all of the major options with the % that have been selected or recommended to be selected).
It also has:
Major Product changes
Major Product summary
Std equipment
Functional Equipment
Optional Equipment
Color/Trim
Packaged Options
Powertrain / Dimensions
You might ask your dealer for the same. It is based on which model you request. In my case the F-350

Once it errors out, you can delete the stuff at the beginning that's messing it up and make it look just like the text version of the link above.

Actually that post started Nov. 12 2006. So where do you get the October? It says that he "picked up Ford 2008 PREVIEW GUIDE of the New Superduties" There is not a brochure posted anywhere here. This is the BROCHURE (that isn't a PREVIEW GUIDE) that I got at the NAIAS in January 2007.

I picked up the 2008 Superduty Accessory Brochure this weekend at my dealer. Man... five 20" wheel options to fit the Superduty... from Ford. Four are different than what the ordering guide shows.
