A Motorcraft "FL" filter is a oil filter, "FD" is a fuel filter and "FA" is a air filter.

For a 6.4:
FA-1886 is the air filter.
FL-2016 is the oil filter.
FD-4609 is the fuel filter.

I am guessing that you bought a oil filter at wally world.

FD-4609 Ford 6.4 fuel filters. That includes both the frame and engine filter.
