Yellow snow under my F350 -- don't eat the yellow snow!

I noticed yellow drops of something in the snow under my F350 FX-4, with 20K miles. Is this a coolant leak? or is my truck having prostate issues.....

My coolant level is just a little low.

Take it to the dealer. It sounds like you, like many others, have a leaky radiator. Make it clear to the dealer you want a recently-built replacement, because one guy on this forum is trying to have his truck lemon-lawed, since he has had his radiator replaced FOUR TIMES and it still leaks. Supposedly, the newer radiators are OK.

If the yellow snow is appearing somewhere in the vicinity of the radiator good chance that it is coolant. My radiator started seeping coolant around 9500 miles. I saw a very small puddle pretty much under the right side of the radiator, traced it back up the right front frame rail to the seam between the right tank and cooling fins. New radiator was manufactured in Mid November 2007. Since installation no further issues.

That happens man, those guys are REAL!!!
golden destroyer.........
You guys are goofs.
I have not heard of to many problems with leakage on the 6.4L's except for the one (5 radiator's, Lemon law. I dislike my Ford guy).
Must be bad Karma because that is like the only issue I have ever seen that is even simalar to that.

Did you see any dog or cat tracks around your truck. Serisouly if you drove your truck, an animal may have crawled under your truck where it was warm to sleep for the night. Then before leaving marking the area for there return.

I've got some devilish squirrels that need to eat your snow.

No animal tracks under there. Just to be sure, I'll go out and remark my territory. Then take it to the dealer.

Hopefully if there is a problem, it is the rad, because they can just replace it with a recently built one and it should be good to go. It would suck if it ended up being a continuing problem.

Well, I was just sitting here laughing maniacally (not really) because I thought I had lucked out on the radiator problems. I was installing my Job 2 air dam tonight and noticed coolant all over the frame. A quick search revealed it was coming from the radiator on the driver's side.
20K miles, Job1 truck, thought I was safe on this one......
