Unhappy 2 Computer Codes with Engine Light on

I have two codes showing up on my 2008 F450 the codes are P2002 Particulate Trap Efficiency Below Threshold and P244A Diesel Particulate Filter Differential Pressure to Low. I was running the SCT with the DPF Delete but did not care for it and put the DPF back in now I have these codes showing up and the truck has not regend at all. Does anyone have any ideas what could be going on?? I did put my Edge chip back in that is how I got the codes. The truck has 36,000 miles if that makes a difference.

Did you remove the SCT program. If not the truck is being told not to regen.
