Should be up on the site later this week. Here's the general numbers I have on hand:

Boost gain over stock (measures how well it flows):
Banks: 1.36psi better then stock
Spearco: .79psi better then stock

Air density change (measures how well it cools):
Banks: 12.7% better then stock
Spearco: 7.6% better then stock

Cooling flow to radiator (measures how much air can get through the core to the radiator, the closer to 100% you are the better):
Banks: 92.7%
Spearco: 78% (trucks coolant temp rose sharply on the dyno)

I'll post the test report when engineering is done finishing it up for me

The stock airflow is the baseline figure, so it's at 100%. Our intercooler flows 92% of that number while the Spearco only flows 78% of stock. That means that the airflow through the core of the intercooler getting to the radiator dropped 22%, this would be the equivelent of covering up about 1/4 of your radiator.

Jeff, Thanks, wasn't sure if stock being a 100% was the baseline or if it was being measured differently.

Still wanting to know cost with shipping to Texas. I have liked the monster exhaust and ram air intake. Any word on a new high ram such as that for the 6.0L? Development phase or not gonna happen?

QUESTION: I noticed that the cooler manual specifies up to F-450. I don't know of any significant difference to the F-550. Will this work on the F-550?

Does somebody knows why the information related to the Techni-Cooler states (2008 only)? 2009 and 2010's intercoolers are different?
