I'm looking into setting up my truck w/an exhaust and CAI. I hava a S&B CAI on its way and wasn't too sure on what exhaust system to go with. I like the idea of the "cool cuff" on the Banks system and according to their website their exhaust has a lower exit temp than MBRP. I was thinking of going with a dual exhaust and wanted to get some feedback from those who have it installed in their trucks. I threw the RBP exhaust in there because they're located about 30 min away from me and I like the look of their exhaust system. I have a few buddies that have it insalled in their 6.0's and love it but I'm not sure about it for the 6.4. I appreciate any advise and feedback. Thanks!

The exhaust on your 6.4L has a (DPF) Diesel Particulate Filter on it so finding anything more than a cat back is difficult... not impossible.
There are shops out their offer DPF delete kits but that leaves you with warranty and emission issues and check engine lights. There are some tuners that have files set up to run with the DPF delete kits, so its recommended to get one of those as well.
go with which ever exhaust looks the best to you. none of them do anything for these trucks, unless you go DPF delete

Hope this helps.
In the old days, the mere mention of hacking off emissions parts would send you to TDS purgatory.....or worse? I could care less but we should have some consistency.

In the old days you would be on the TDS (s) list for even mentioning it. Just saying!

Yeap!
Things Change, I've been on the TDS, I mean F-D.com for a long time and have seen it all. I was on here before F-D.com when it was Abingdon Online and Jason still had his 97 F 250 PSD the reason why he started this all.
Anyhow, it seems we an talk about it know!
There are no turbo back or any exhaust system that can delete the DOC or CAT/DPF from the Big guys do to regulations. However, you can get a DPF delete pipe from the smaller guys that are making them and run a tuner that shuts of the regen. You can go with any of the BIG boys after that for a DPF back system, then you will see the big gains that we did before 2007/08 trucks and aftermarket exhaust systems.
Adding a DPF back system would be mostly for looks. I have done many of those, and the 5" seems to make sound a little better. A dual looks really cool on these trucks.
A dpf delete with out SCT tuneer will helpa a lot in sound, performance, and fuel economy, along with the dpf back exhaust system.

I hope you just typed that wrong because doing a DPF deleted without a tuner won't do jack for any of that and in most cases it makes things worse..... If you don't use a tuner of some sort you can not do a DPF deleted because the truck will be stuck in constant regen.
