Exhaust diverter

I was thinking about buying a exhaust bypass kit for my 2008 f350. I have the banks monster exhaust system installed and i wanted a electric exhaust cutout so that at the push of the button i could bypass the dpf for nights at the track. I dont want the dpf delete because i want to be legal so on the streets i would use the regular exhaust, but would that effect my turbo backpressure?

I don't know about where you live, but as I recall the vehicle inspection guidelines here specifically prohibit exhaust cutouts.
