FYI: Gadget to improve fuel economy

Questionable, but interesting that it is done a a university.

Simple device which uses electrical field could boost gas efficiency

Sounds very suspicious seeing as diesel fuel (aka refined hydrocarbons) is not:
a) a conductor of electricity
b) oriented like a polar molecule
c) affected by electro-magnetism
I question the article's authenticity.

Sounds like a "plug in" version of the MAGNETS on the fuel line....If they gave me one FOR FREE, I would be willing to test it and publish my unbiased results.
