Hey Banks coming back?

Heck like it or not Banks is the big daddy of the tuners, go fast boxes and exhausts. I think they almost invented it!! With this site going as well as it is NOW who needs to contact them and get them back here as a sponsor.

I dunno about that. The best seller doesn't mean the best product. My 7,000lb van has killed every banks truck i raced and that was when i had nothing more than a DP tuner. I'm still not a fan of their lack of bang for the buck.

Or even the best but they are the big daddy and should be represented here!

It would also be good to

See Al (QUAD) Bonker from Quadzilla also back. Although I used to bust on him and Dennis at TS, I actually like both of them and they are good guys with good products.

Richard,
I don't really care for the "Banks" company line.
All talk, no power...

Doe's Alvin have a 6.4L tuner ready to go?

I agree that Banks is a bit pricey and there may be better choices but they do belong here. I think they left before because the previous moderation was a bit harsh on them.

I think moderator John is in contact with Banks and I received an e mail from Quad. It would be good to see the old guys come back.

Why should Banks come back here when most people just bash them?

bigger dpf

?, why cant someone like Banks make a bigger dpf so the air flow is greater ,eliminating smaller dia filter ,will this give better mpg or is the cost of a larger dpf not cost effective

My buddy and no stranger to exhaust modifications that a dual DPF would technically reduce back pressures and regens by 1/2 and then you could have a real dual exhaust. The problem is the SECOND DPF is pretty expensive. I think they are a couple of grand!!!!
