Problems after aftermarket upgrades

Just installed an MBRP exhaust,Superchip Vortex programmer, AFE stage II with Pro guard 7 filter on my 08 F250 6.4 Crew Cab 4x4 truck. Before I had installed any of these upgrades I had taken into dealership for a water temp sensor that had gone bad, then when I installed all of the aftermarket parts the engine light came on and left me stranded. Dealership said the oil temp sensor gave out or went bad. They did not cover this under warranty, said that my AFE cold air had made the sensor go bad BS. So my truck left me stranded again, would not start. Did get a chance to retrieve the programming but did not have a chance to see what codes it threw. Now dealership is telling me that they can't find anything wrong with my truck and they are insisting that my AFE cai is the main problem. Did anyone with any of these aftermarket products have any problems like this after installing them. Could really use some help trying to figure out problem, if I left any info that someone needs to figure this problem out just ask.

problem is the intake. I have the banks and no problems. Next time you want to get a intake, check it and make sure it has a EO #. Certified to comply with Manufactor spec's (Ford's).

CARB certified too. So I put the sticker's right by the filter for the dealer to see should I ever need something done.
