I have many miles on the 275 tune with no issues at all on my tranny I by no means is easy on it at all. I will run it until next August when I buy a new 2011 truck with the 6.7L in it.

Exactly - Never said people are tearing up transmissions. I did say they aren't pleased with the shift stratagy as a daily driver. I think that is what most are using them for.

For the money go with the Spartan, I started out with the SCT and a couple weeks later ordered my Spartan and have not one complaint, it is night and day difference, plus it (SPARTAN) is way better for the tranny, that is the biggest issue with SCT in my opinion.

No, those were from Jesse of MBRP Exhaust - he ran both the 485 and 585 tunes from River City Diesel and those are his results. I am running the 485 and it's amazing. I've logged about 3000 miles with the 485 as a daily driver and I don't baby it. I haven't experienced any of the transmission issues that all these guys are raggin' about! Just give Brad a call and talk with him for a few minutes - I think you'll get the idea after that.

Well, I was "sold" on the SCT/RCD setup BUT I am seriously thinking of swapping for a 2012 if there are no issues with the new 6.7. Because of that I am going to go with Spartan as it is compatable with the new truck (only will need purchase the 6.7 tune and use the same DD). I'll be ordering next week.
