sct tuner question

i installed my livewire today successfully. and then i decided to try a different tune. i did not restore it to stock before doing that. was that a no no? i figure it would say in the instructions to restore to factory before changing tunes but.... i was just wondering is the towing tune now my stock tune?

You're fine. Don't need to return to stock between tunes unless you're going from a custom tune to a preloaded tune and even then its not absolutely required, just recommended.

Let's say I have the performance tune installed and I want to go back to that same tune and change the tire size and change a setting in the trans tuning. Do I have to go back to stock settings first?

No, you would not need to return to stock first.
