For those of us who are perfectly happy with the engine, but hate the horrid shift points on the transmission, are there any trans only tuners or chips to help? I would have got a manual (I don't like autos), but apparently a manual conflicts with the cup holders in a King Ranch or something *grumble*

There are trans only tunes on the SCT, but it will also come with performance tunes as well.

Yes you can request a trans tune only.

I have 95,000km on my truck with one. You can go tranny only tuning, tow/performance at 75 extra rwhp and performance at 115 extra rwhp... I really liked the firmer shifts with it and it wakes up the motor nicely.
