Exclamation '08 F250 KR A/C not blowing hard?

Hey guys, new to the forum. Awesome site, lots of good info.

Anyway, I've got a problem with my '08 King Ranch F250. The A/C does not blow hard at all out of the vents, which is a big problem in 100+ degree summers in Texas. When I kick it up, it sounds like the blower is working harder, but even the max setting only blows about as hard as a med/low setting on my buddy's F150. The air comes out cold, there's just not much flow. Any suggestions/ideas?

Could it be diverting some of the air up to the defroster, or down below to the heater vent? If so, this would indicate that the damper isn't fully opening or closing as it should. what about when you have it on MAX AIR, RECIRCULATE? Does it blow any harder that way? just my .02 cents worth
And I know about the Texas heat. Went to sit in my 2000 F250 with the cream colored leather seats and just about got 3rd degree burns on my buns. It's pretty bad when you have to stick your head out the window while you're driving down the highway because the air flowing past your window is cooler than the air coming through the air conditioner.

Someone posted before that the A/C in the Super Duty trucks were not that good. In the winter my heater will boil you, but the A/C is lacking on 85+ degree days.

Thanks for the suggestions. There wasn't any air coming out of the defrost or anywhere else. But, I took it off auto and it blows twice as hard. Pretty weird, but at least it works now.
