Not enough info to give you a good opinion.
The least-expensive F-350 chassis cab diesel has an MSRP of 30,750 with zero options. Add XLT trim and it's $35,540. I've never seen a truck with an optional engine but zero other options, so the MSRP is probably higher than that.
If it's an XLT, that sounds like an excellent price. Over $12,000 less than MSRP, and for a stripper that's a lot.
If it's an XL with no options, not even AC, then that's 7,250 less than MSRP. Not such a great deal in today's market, plus you'll hate it with plastic seats and no AC.
If it's being sold as a "used" truck, then I wouldn't buy it until I knew exactly why the owner decided to sell it with less than 100 miles on the odo. Unless somebody died the day after he bought it, I'd be leary of a repaired wreck.
