6.4 DRW short bed?

I didn't think it was even an option, but I saw pics of an '08 DRW short bed and just about did a double take. Found it on a post on one of the F150 forums.









I knew Chevy used to do this, but I knew knew Ford did. I searched around on it and found out it's not being offered anymore.

Yeah, Ford offered the shorty dually from 2000 through 2008 model years. A first it was available only with white paint, but then a coupla years later they added an option for black paint. By the 2008 model year, the paint choices were still restricted, but I think it was more than just black or white.

The shorty dually was dropped for the 2009 model year.

I have seen several here in Texas, newer and older ones. They are unique looking at first glance.
