Big Air Dam?

I have a few questions regarding the new style air dam on the Job2 &3 Super Dutys;
1) Has the new air dam given you increased mileage gains?
2) What is the P/N for this part?
3) What is involved with replacement? I have looked under the truck and am unsure how to remove this new type plastic push thru rivet style. Is it reuseable? I did not see any other steel fasteners holding the spoiler on.

Is this new spoiler a worth $100 plus in potential gains? I don't really care for it's looks, but any mileage gain is more important here!
Thanks in advance for your help,
DUK

I just put the big air dam on mine this weekend but havn't driven it yet. It wasn't that hard to put on. There are 2 regular bolts on the ends. I removed the plastic push type thingys with a small screwdriver. From underneath the truck just put the small screwdriver in the center of the plastic connector and thump it with the palm of your hand and they will pop right out. I think there were 7 of them. I went to advance and bought 7 more bolts and nuts to put back in there place.
