Door lock programming

Is there a way to program the door locks so that when I open the driver's door all the doors unlock?

Right now, I need to press the unlock to unlock all the doors. The problem is that if I forget to press the unlock when exiting the truck in the garage, it is a hassle if I walk around and the passenger doors are still locked.

I don't think so, but you can program the truck to auto unlock when you shut it off. It will unlock all the doors. Directions in your owners manual. You can also shut off the auto lock feature so the doors just stay unlocked. Also in the manual.
