Radio failure

My brother's F350 radio is the model that includes Sirius and has the steering wheel controls. In less than a month of ownership, the radio has died 4 times. The first time, the dealership in Columbus, MT, replaced the radio entirely. The second time, they said it was due to a loose connector when the first radio was replaced. The third time they got it working again but didn't explain why. Now, it has failed again and they are coming to get the truck this time around.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, and if so, what was the solution?

Radio problems

I just picked up my truck last weekend and noticed yesturday that the left rear speakers are not working at all. Everything appears to be connected. I even took the radio out to check the back of it and saw nothing out of place. Did your brother's have any other places where there were connections that could have come undone? I am taking mine into the dealer next week for them to look at it. May have to swap out radios and see if that is the problem. Hope your brother's gets fixed as well!
