Rear anti sway bay and replacing 2" rear block with 4" rear block

My truck has the factory installed rear anti sway bar.
If I want to swap out the rear 2" block with a 4" block,
what can I use to keep the rear anti sway bar in it's
stock position? I know I could get a new adjustable
anti sway bar setup, but is there something I could
use to simply keep the stock one?

All you need to do is get some 1/8" or thicker wall tube and cut the sway bar arms in half ..sleave with the tube and weld.

Thanks. I know not a thing about suspensions, as you can
tell from my post.

F250s (2" blocks) and F350s (3.625" blocks) utilize the same swaybar and links. Therefore you will be fine swapping out blocks without making any change to your swaybar.
