regen again

Please do not hate me as I have been loking for a regen history like mine.
Here goes-after 60 miles of 70mph driving today regen was on for 4 minutes.
I then drove another 120 miles with 90% of that highway and stopped for 1.0 hours.
I then drove 50 miles down highway again and regen for 9 minutes, then nothing again for the rest of the trip which was 130 miles at 70mph
Is this normal to regen this often?

While driving I can feel it come on, also if I push system check on my dash the last thing it tells me is cleaning exhaust filter.
I can also feel it a little when it comes off and I see a rise in boost
Also after 1/4 tank city driving it did it again for 10 minutes about in front of my house
