Unhappy Northern Va. Diesel Prices

Just bought my first diesel right when the prices are skyrocketing.
Here in Northern Va. it is $3.64 a gallon but will probably be higher by the
weekend.
WIth spring and summer coming soon I think we can expect to pay nearly $5.00 a gallon for diesel.
They already say regular gas is going to top $4.00 a gallon.
Somebody is getting rich and it isn't us.

I may have to sell my truck as quickly as I bought it now.

The highest around me is $3.99

It's been like that at 1 station I've seen for the last 2 days. But I've filled up at $3.65 20 miles away from the $3.99 today.

Friday it was $3.69 and Saturday I just paid $3.90,,,this is getting ridiculous...If the Fed is worried about a recession then they should realize that outrageous gas/diesel prices will put us in a recession real quick, and instead a lowering the rate a 1/4 point and devalueing the dollar they should put some restrictions on these oil companies that are having their best "season" ever on the edge of a recession
