I noticed the 'wrench' icon in the instrument cluster. What does that mean???
For my 2010 SD, on page #17 of the "2010 Owners Guide", under instrument cluster it shows the wrench icon.
"Powertrain malfunction/Reduced power/Electronic throttle control (RTT):
Displays when the engine has defaulted to a "limp-home" operation or when a transmission problem has been detected and shifting may be restricted. If the light remains on, have the system serviced immediately by your authorized dealer."
Operative word here would be "immediately" I think.

Rant: Do you know what you actually pumped into your tank on last fill-up? (cetane level, fuel quality, water, etc)
