12v - (negative, ground) connection that is only when key in "off" ?

I have something that runs on a simple 3 wire setup.

12V + constant - easy
Ground constant - easy
Ground in "OFF" - either gotta find or make!

Am I going to have to wire in a NC relay that gives me a ground when its coile is not powered? Or is there something already in the truck that is only grounded when the ignition is off?
