2008 floor board contour

I want to know if floor board contour has changed from the prior superdutys. I want some floor board protectors for my f250kr. I can't find any offered for the 08's

Re: 2008 floor board contour

Drivers side is very close but passenger side is smaller on the new truck.

HOLY COW...SMALLER than it was on the 05? I find the floor particularly small on that side by comparison.

Re: 2008 floor board contour

WeatherTech makes a full set for the '08. I just put the Floor Liners in my truck. They are expensive, but fit well.

Do you have any pics of them installed? They look awesome on the site, but I'm wondering how well they really fit. I live at the beach and have sand everywhere! The FX4 rubber mats are too small.

ZeroOne,

I'll take some pics and post them when I get home on Saturday. I'm out of town and didn't bring the camera. The website's pics are accurate.

I you have a bunch of sand where you live... the Liners will work great. Sorry I can't get pics to you sooner.

Re: 2008 floor board contour

What color did you go with? My interior is the medium stone and I can't find anything that matches very well.

Re: 2008 floor board contour

I went with Black. I have a Med Flint interior and wanted the mats to hide dirt. It's getting close to bow season, so I'll be dirty 80-90% of the time I get into the truck. Matching mats would look terrible in no time.

Re: 2008 floor board contour

Yup, front seat passenger side quite a bit smaller for '08, I suspect to make room for the larger diameter exhaust that travels down the right rear of the engine compartment. Not uncomfortable but noticiable for someone coming from a '04 to a '08 SuperDuty.

Re: 2008 floor board contour

I used my 06 Huskyliners in the 08. Just set them in the sun for a bit and get them soft and they fit just like they did in the 06.
