Just to let you all know I finally went to the dealer and ordered one. I had the coice of a 3 button or 4. The four being the remote start button. I did not have high hopes that the remote start would work with the ford bronze system but figured i would try it. I'm happy to report that the key works perfect to lock/ unlock and also the secureloc/pats key. No joy on the remote start though. At least now I got rid of the big remote and only have the small one. btw the cost was $99 for the key.

Yes it is one piece key and remote. It works perfectly with the 2010. I just had it cut and then I programmed it. The only thing that I have not gotten to work is remote start. Still have a few ideas on that that I need to try. Btw I'll put up a pic of th key and the part number as well.

Line3500: Do you know how to reprogram the remote start for a shorter startup delay? I have the owners manual for it, but since it was factory installed, they didn't include the installation manual. Mine is setup for a 30s delay. I'd like it to be much shorter.

Tvandyck7, yes I do. Mine was dealer installed and had that 30 sec delay. I changed it to no delay. It's either on or off. But with it off it turns on and there is about a 5 sec delay before it cranks. I have found this is plenty of time for the glow plugs in our trucks. I started it a few times with temps in the low 20's. Pm me your email address and I will PDF you the install manual so u can change it.

Thanks Alex! That will help me out alot. 30s is way too long. I don't use it much since it takes so long.

well its possible. I am going to reprogram my remote start to having to press the remote button twice and see if that makes any difference. the way that the new fob is set up is to press it twice. I will report what happens. i have the bronze kit but i think the only difference is that the gold kit has a security system and remote start combined in one module.
