Adding OEM Navigation??

Hey guys. Was wondering if anyone might know if having the OEM navi and that new system where you can talk to your radio can be added in later?

I have the 08' loaded truck, but, it wasn't available at the time I bought my truck in July, or so I was told. I would like to add it if possible.
