It's not a F-450 but does have the 450 wide track option. I posted this on another thread when I was looking for lifted dually's.

It rides better than stock...handles like a 10klb. porche.

Does anyone know if the 08 F-350 rear lift blocks will fit on the 08 F-450?

F350 blocks will fit a 450 but the u-bolts are completely different. Here is a 450 on a custom Rize 6":
