Re: Drilled & Slotted Rotors for 08'

Ramair,

You may consider Slotted Rotors but I'd think twice about Drilled & Slotted.

I've had both and I've also read that Drilled Rotors put under heavy use sometimes crack between the outer ring of holes and to O.D. of the Rotor!

Slotted Rotors work much better than the stockers and may be all you need to increase the braking performance of your 2008.

I purchased mine from Powerslot and chose to pay a little extra for their Cryo Treatment that uses Liquid Nitrogen to freeze them for a long period of time and it eases the internal stresses within the casting allowing them to resist warping.

All the luck.

Re: Drilled & Slotted Rotors for 08'

I too have the cyro'd powerslots and Hawks pads and they are awesome. Rotopros are drilled and slotted and some of the members use them without any problems. When they first did drilled and slotted they had problems but I believe they have been corrected by now. Just buy a good brand that will stand behind their product.

Re: Drilled & Slotted Rotors for 08'

Rotorpros are boss. I had them on my '02 F-350 for 60k before I sold it and they are still working fine. All that BS about drill and slotted is just that...BS. They work super.
